When I started my journey with Melissa I couldn’t pin point what was wrong in life but knew there was something amiss, my stress levels were really high, I wasn’t sleeping very well, I was going no exercise and had no work life balance. Melissa really helped me turn things around and I would highly recommend working with her.
Melissa collaboratively worked with me to determine what the key areas were for focus and work through what I could do on each. After my first couple of sessions I had tackled what  may seem like a small issue for others but was a key turning point for me around high daily consumption of sugary drinks.  I didn’t know how to tackle this myself and Melisa made this easy. From here she helped me with simple methods for reducing stress levels, how to start focusing on myself again and bringing exercise back in to my life.
