Creating SMART goals

SMART goals are

  • Specific - well-defined, clear
  • Measurable - so that you can measure your progress
  • Achievable - they are attainable
Realistic - they are possible, wholly relevant to your overall aspirations
  • Time bound - there is a start and end date

By setting SMART goals you are helping to set goals that are realistic, they help to give direction and a sense of purpose and are more likely to be achieved.

Please read the article below that will explain more about SMART goals.
