I can help you identify where you are now, where you want to be and set you on a path to success to get there, breaking down what you want to achieve in to smaller more manageable tasks.

I am however qualified as a generic life coach and not limited to working solely in the above areas. I help support my clients in all areas of their life.

My approach to coaching is a holistic one, one that looks at the bigger picture. It is often the case that by exploring a situation as a whole, rather than just looking at what is perceived to be the issue, that a clear way forward can be found. It can be surprising how many areas of our lives are inter-linked, by improving one area we can enhance others.

I work in a solution focused way with a variety of methods and tools. I use a motivational interviewing coaching style and will motivate and support you to gain the most from our sessions.

We can review your lifestyle and look at establishing goals in order to work towards achieving a healthier way of living that can be sustained long term.

The benefits are enormous ...

It is an absolute privilege to work with children and young people. 

Unfortunately Covid-19 and the current state of the world with all of it's fast improving technology and social media has had a massive impact on what already can be quite a challenging time for a lot of young people. The impact on their mental health and the pressures that they face can be a huge burden. 

As well as my private work I work as a life coach at a secondary school, it honestly is the highlight of my week. Children and young people can benefit enormously from having someone to talk to, to make them feel heard and to help them move forward in the direction they choose. We work on building resilience, reducing stress and anxiety, addressing behavioural issues, building confidence and self-esteem or any area you or they choose.

I work with young people from the age of eleven.

I have undertaken a lot of mental health training, including being a Youth Mental Health First Aider, although I am not in a position to diagnose I do have a thorough understanding of mental health concerns.
