I offer a collaborative person-centred approach to life coaching, meaning that I work with you from your agenda. You are the expert, I am the facilitator. I will gently challenge and question you, to help you reflect and find your own answers. I will enable you to be the master of your own destiny in a confidential and non-judgmental environment.
Owing to my experience and qualifications in health and well-being, the foundation for my coaching lies in this area, although I am by no means limited to working solely towards achieving a healthier lifestyle. Life is full of twists and turns, sometimes a client may seek to work towards running 5k but in the process they may find that what is holding them back is their career, in which case it may be more beneficial to explore that first. There is no set agenda, no set criteria, everything is flexible.
